Does everyone need to play golf?+
No. Golf can be a shared focus, one of several optional activities, or left out. We discuss preferences before proposing an itinerary, with shared meals and gathering points that bring everyone back together.
What does the planning service cover?+
The agreed scope can cover destination and venue research, a budget framework, supplier quote coordination, itinerary design, ground transport planning, and a delivery handover. Attendee communications and onsite coordination are separately defined, with a named responsible person.
Do you facilitate our leadership meeting?+
Your organization owns the meeting agenda and outcomes. Strategy facilitation, team coaching, and conflict resolution are not included. A qualified specialist can be considered under a separate scope if required.
How are fees and the event budget handled?+
Planning and coordination are quoted separately from accommodation, activities, and other supplier costs. A written proposal explains the fee, inclusions, change limits, payment schedule, and any supplier compensation before commitment.
Can you handle flights, accessibility, and last-minute changes?+
Flights are outside the initial service. We can coordinate arrival information and ground transfer requirements within scope. Accessibility needs are discussed early and checked with the relevant providers. Material changes require a revised plan and approval; a proposal will identify the delivery lead and the actual support coverage.
Who is there during the event?+
Onsite staffing is scoped and priced explicitly. Events that require onsite coordination proceed only with an experienced producer or suitable delivery partner confirmed. We do not promise around-the-clock support or imply that a website inquiry establishes coverage.
Are these destinations and experiences already booked?+
No. They illustrate possible approaches, not confirmed packages or resort partnerships. Dates, room blocks, golf access, activities, staffing, terms, and prices must be verified in a written proposal.
How far along do we need to be?+
A purpose, rough headcount, date window, and total budget range are a useful start. If a decision is still open, say so. We will use discovery to decide whether the brief is a good fit before asking you to commission planning.
